Top Tips to Get the Most from your Download

Thanks for downloading the Reduce Alcohol Audio recently!  I sincerely hope you enjoy listening to the recording and that you have noticed a difference already!

To help you gain an even bigger impact from the audio, I’ve recorded some top tips that will help you to see a difference as quickly as possible. Here is a quick overview:

  • Tip Number 1 – Listen to the audio ideally on a daily basis for at least 30 days. Repeating the same action on a daily basis will start to replace the unwanted habits with a new one.
  • Tip Number 2 – Make sure you can listen the audio without being interrupted, ideally when you have some quiet time.
  • Tip Number 3 – Please do not listen to the recording whilst driving or carrying out a task where a loss of focus might be dangerous.
  • Tip Number 4 – Aim to sit upright and not lying down to make sure you don’t fall to sleep. Close your eyes and take 3 slow deep breathes in preparation for the hypnosis.
  • Tip Number 5 – Please use headphones to help you to get the most out of the audio.
